Return & Refund Policy

Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags, manuals, freebies, and packaging intact.

Return is accepted only if box, flyer, and packaging are exactly as delivered.

Request can be made via the store's “My Orders” section. Choose pickup (if available) or drop-off via courier. Write your order number + return ID clearly on the package.

Non-returnable items include custom-made pieces, undergarments, fine jewelry, digital goods, perishables, etc.

No return shipping fees; full amount (including shipping) will be refunded.

Refund timeline: Bank transfer 5–10 working days, Wallet refunds usually faster.

Returns after 7 days or items returned in poor condition may be rejected.
